Rental includes 1 parking spot in the parking complex. Just parking alone saved us $40/night. Although the this property was only on the 9th floor and didn’t have beach view, we were just a few blocks walking distance to the Waikiki Beach. Given how expensive restaurant food was in Waikiki, we saved a lot of money by buy grocery and cooking it ourselves with the included kitchen.
