Fine Hotels + Resorts vs The Hotel Collection
American Express offers both the Fine Hotels + Resort program and the Hotel Collection program. The Hotel Collection bookings require at least a two-night prepaid stay in order to trigger the $300 biannual statement credits, whereas FHR bookings only requires one night stay. FHR hotels are generally more expensive than the Hotel Collection.
$300 biannual hotel credit = 1 night booking from the Fine Hotel + Resort OR 2 nights booking from the Hotel Collection
